Supervision

In addition to my client work I offer both individual and group supervision to fellow practitioners.

My supervisory practice is informed by my 30 years of working therapeutically in a variety of contexts, including private practice, substance misuse rehabilitation centres and psychiatric as well as forensic settings. I hold a Diploma in Integrative Supervision.

I see it as my main task as a supervisor to help you integrate your professional and personal background with your lived experience of your client work. Drawing mainly on Hawkins' and Shoet's Model of the Parallel Process in Supervision, we would explore the various layers of meaning in your client interactions and draw conclusions in either an integrative or in an exclusively Rogerian Client Centred way.

I charge £100 for an individual supervision session and £40 for a 90 minute group supervision session (up to 4 supervisees).
